A public lawsuit that involved the botched transportation of enormous nuclear power plant turbines destined for a Canadian nuclear power plant.
Experience preparing all written materials, and attending court appearances, on a complicated multiparty construction law lawsuit. This matter arose from renovations to a mall, in Toronto. The construction companies involved were all covered by their respective insurance policies.
Experience preparing all written materials for a Mareva Injunction in Mississauga on behalf of a prominent U.S. company located in Michigan. In this lawsuit, we targeted a notorious, brazen, and serial Ontario fraudster (criminal) operating in Mississauga.
Experience in Toronto working on a lawsuit relating to a successful company in show business that involved a world famous rock and roll (alternative) band.
Hobbies: I enjoy relaxing, exercising, watching movies and stand-up comedy, listening to music, and going to the art gallery.
